Functional principle of the machine

Pre-assembled drippers are applied to the extruded tube. The raised edges weld homogeneously to the tube, thus forming the labyrinth channels. It can bring during the production of different drippers in the tube. The machine can be easily converted to the nominal widths 12/16/20/25 mm.

Functional principle of the machine

First, a tube is extruded, which then welds the tube via a centrally arranged embossing wheel. In this process, the formed labyrinth paths remain open. The hose is only separated in the middle and the two hoses are simultaneously assembled on spools. This manufacturing principle allows high output rates with minimal and homogeneous material usage. In addition, there are no other production units, such as Dropper, necessary.
